I located the guesthouse easily with the provided video for the front door lock. It was very helpful. the room impressed me, and i found THE bed to be comfortable! it was probably the most comfortable one i've slept on in any hotel or guest house. the location was nice for accessing bus routes.
my room lock felt a little weak with a large crack on the door frame. it made me somewhat uneasy about leaving valuables there. i felt more secure once i double checked everything

the guesthouse has a state of the art security system that is effective. i had to record all security codes in a safe spot and knew how to activate them! the house was very comfy and tidy.

The location is excellent, near many buses. it makes traveling into the heart of the city fairly easy! supermarkets are also nearby, like tesco express. It really helped me get essentials.

useless doorbellsmouldy shower
finding someone to assist was harder than expected. there wasn't a proper reception area. the doorbells seemed useless, and calling didn't exactly produce results. contacting anyone reminded me of an impossible mission. guess i expected a bit more help on site. the shower was rather mouldy and i just had to accept it.

the staff was very helpful. i especially appreciated luca and agnal, who assisted with parking and luggage (it made the arrival process smoother). they even recommended some restaurants nearby.
the room smelled slightly of smoke. i also had to request toilet paper (this was inconvenient).

The location offered convenient access to public transportation. It made traveling around the area quite easy. The staff was also helpful in providing directions and information on local attractions. I found this assistance very beneficial .
I noticed the furniture was somewhat worn. This gave the room a slightly outdated feel. I also experienced some noise from the street. It made it a little difficult to sleep soundly at times. The bathroom was quite small.
